# Connect HubSpot

Send your affiliates to HubSpot as contacts, matched by email, with their stage.

If your team runs its pipeline in HubSpot, send your affiliates there. Each one becomes a HubSpot contact.

## Connect

1. Go to **Settings**, then **Integrations**.
2. On the **HubSpot** card, press **Connect HubSpot**.
3. Pick your HubSpot account and allow access.

We ask for three things: to read contacts, to write contacts, and to add one field to contacts.

## Send

1. Go to **Lists**.
2. On a list or a segment, press **Send to another tool**, then **HubSpot**.
3. Press **Check who goes**. You see how many will go and how many won't.
4. Press **Send to HubSpot**.

## What lands in HubSpot

- One contact per affiliate with an email. Affiliates with no email are skipped.
- We match by email. Someone already in HubSpot is updated, never doubled.
- Their name, the channel name as the company, and their profile link as the website.
- Their stage, in a new dropdown field called **RecruitAffiliates.ai stage**. We add it the first time you send.

People who asked to be removed or unsubscribed are never sent.

## Keep stages in sync

Tick **Keep stages in sync** on the card. Once a day, anyone you've sent who moved stage here is updated in HubSpot.

It only goes one way. Changes you make in HubSpot never come back here.
