# Lists and segments

Group your saved affiliates by hand with lists, or keep a set of filters that fills itself with a segment, then open, email or export the group.

The **Lists** page holds every group of affiliates you've made. Open it from the **Saved** tab on **Discover**, then **All lists and segments**.

There are two kinds of group:

- A **list** is a group you fill by hand. Pick people in Saved and add them.
- A **segment** is a set of filters you saved under a name, like "UK YouTubers with an email, not contacted". You never add anyone to it. Each time you open it, we check who matches right now, so it stays up to date on its own.

Each card shows how many are in the group, how many of those have an email, and when it last changed.

## Make a list

1. Open **Discover**, then the **Saved** tab.
2. Tick the affiliates you want.
3. Pick **Add to list** in the bar at the bottom, then a list, or type a new name.

To take someone off, open the list in Saved, tick them and pick **Remove from list**. They stay in Saved.

## Save a segment

1. Open the **Saved** tab on **Discover** and set the filters you want: channel, country, fit, status, email, owner or list.
2. Pick **Save these filters as a segment**.
3. Give it a name and save.

A segment keeps who someone is and where they are in the work. It doesn't keep the search box or the audience size filters. If you had one of those set, we tell you before you save.

Here's what each filter means in a segment:

- **Not contacted** means nobody has moved them past Saved yet.
- **Owner: whoever is looking** shows each teammate their own people.
- **Last touched** counts a note, a stage move, an email in or out, or the day you saved them.

## Change or delete a segment

On the Lists page, pick **Edit** on the segment. You can rename it, change its colour, change its filters or delete it. Deleting a segment takes nobody out of Saved.

## Open a group

Pick **Open in Saved** on any card. Saved shows just that group, with every action you have there: find emails, move stage, add tags, give them a deal.

## Send a campaign to a group

1. Pick **Send a campaign** on the card.
2. Name the campaign and pick **Continue**.

You land on **Who are you emailing?** with the group already picked. For a segment, we take the people in it at that moment. Someone who joins the segment later isn't added to a campaign you've already approved. More on [campaigns](/campaigns).
