# The Outreach screen

Everyone you're emailing on one screen, one row per person: who waits for your yes, who's being emailed, who replied and who went quiet.

**Outreach** is one list of everyone you're emailing, with one row per person. It takes the place of **Campaigns** and the **Mailroom**, so the menu shows **Outreach** where those two were. It stays in the menu even if your mailbox disconnects, because replies still wait there. We're switching accounts to it a few at a time, so you may still see the old pages.

## The four tabs

Each person sits in one tab, and moves on by themselves as things happen.

- **Waiting for your yes.** Their emails are written and nothing has gone. People whose emails we're still writing show here too.
- **Sending.** You said yes, and their emails are going out. The row says which email went last and when the next one leaves.
- **Replied.** They wrote back. Anyone with a yes or a question you haven't answered sits at the top, marked **Needs your answer**.
- **Quiet.** Their emails ended with no reply. The row says why: no reply, bounced, unsubscribed, or stopped by you.

An out-of-office or a bounce isn't a reply, so it never moves anyone to **Replied**.

The screen opens on **Replied** when someone is waiting for an answer. Otherwise it opens on **Waiting for your yes**.

## Open a person

Press a row to open that person beside the list. On a phone, they fill the screen, with **Back to the list** at the top.

- **Their conversation**, when they wrote back. The answer box is the Mailroom's own box, so **Draft a reply**, saved replies and Undo all work the same.
- **Their emails.** All four, as they'll get them. Change any line, then press **Approve**. That's your one yes for that person.

When they said yes, the answer box already holds their link and your terms. It's the one box on the page, so you never pick between two.

## Approve all ready

Pick one campaign at the top and the **Waiting** tab offers **Approve all ready**. It names the count and asks first. Anyone marked **Needs a look** stays out, so you read them on their own.

## Campaigns and their settings

With more than one campaign, a row of names sits above the tabs. Pick one to see only its people. The link under it opens that campaign's settings: the offer, the sender and the sending hours.

## The weekly batch

A line above the list says what the weekly batch does. For example: "Every Monday, up to 10 new people join with their emails written." **Change** opens its settings. Turn it on or off, and pick how many people, which day, and how many email finds it may spend. The cost of email finds sits beside that number.

## The numbers

Each tab's count is the number of people in it, read the same way as the list under it. See [Numbers](/numbers) for what each one counts.
