# No-code recipes

Connect RecruitAffiliates.ai to Zapier, Make or n8n with the API, step by step, with the exact request settings.

You can hook RecruitAffiliates.ai up to the tools you already use without writing code. Each recipe below is a working setup built on [the API](/api).

## Before you start

- You need a plan that includes the API.
- Make a test key first. Open **Settings** and go to the API tab. A test key only sees sample data. It never spends a credit or sends an email, so you can try a recipe as often as you like.
- Swap in a live key once the recipe does what you want.

Each recipe also has a webhook half. A **webhook** is a message we send your tool the moment something changes in RecruitAffiliates.ai, like a reply or a finished search. So the tool doesn't have to keep checking. Webhooks need a plan that includes them, and [Webhooks](/webhooks) lists every event.
