# Results

Is your affiliate program working, and where? One page, counted in replies and partners.

**Results** is the last link in the rail on the left. It shows whether recruiting is working, and which searches and campaigns bring you partners.

If you've set a [goal](/goals), its card sits at the top: this week's or this month's, whatever period you pick below it.

Pick a period under the title: the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or all time. Four tiles come first: new partners (the yellow one), replies, interested replies and affiliates saved. Each tile shows the period before it underneath. A green "Up" line means it beat that period, so you can see which way things are going. All time has nothing before it, so it shows no comparison.

## What counts

- **A reply** is a real answer from a person: interested, a question, or "not now". An out-of-office, an auto-reply, a bounce, an unsubscribe and a "no" never count. Replies are counted as people, so three emails from one creator are one person who replied.
- **Interested replies** are replies that say yes, tell me more. (Your board may also have a stage called Interested. In the funnel, that step counts every card that got that far.)
- **A new partner** is a card that became an active partner, through the hand-off to AffiliateRail or "I track them elsewhere".
- **Opens and clicks are never counted.** Replies are what tell you something is working.

## The funnel

A **funnel** shows how many people make it through each step. Ours starts with the affiliates you saved in the period. Then it shows how far each one has got by today: emailed, replied, talking terms, joining, live. Each step is a coloured bar and shows the share of the step before it, for example "50% of Emailed".

Each card counts at the furthest step it has reached, even if it skipped one. A card you moved straight to Talking terms counts as emailed and replied too. A card that's now closed (went quiet, said no or later) still counts for the steps it reached. The line under the bars says how many closed.

The steps use your own stage names, the ones on your board.

## Time in stage

For each stage, the typical time a card stays there before it moves on. It's the **median**. Line every stay up from shortest to longest, and the median is the one in the middle. One very slow card can't drag it out.

- Only stays that have ended count, in the period they ended.
- Stage moves have been recorded since 7 October 2026. Anything before that wasn't, so it isn't counted, and the page says so when your period reaches back past it. We never guess.

## Where partners came from

New partners and people who replied, split four ways:

- **How we found them:** the weekly scan, a topic search, a competitor search, a lookalike search, and so on.
- **Your searches:** each search you ran, named by what you searched for.
- **Channel:** where they publish, like websites or YouTube.
- **Lists:** each of your lists. Someone on two lists counts on both.

A row only shows when it has a reply or a new partner in the period or the one before.

## Campaigns

Each campaign that has sent, with how many people it holds, how many replied, how many sent an interested reply, and how many became partners. A reply or a partner only counts for a campaign if it came after the person joined it. Drafts aren't shown.

## Team

The whole team's totals for each measure, and yours: the cards you own. Nobody is ranked and there's no number per teammate. If you're the only one on the team, you see one column.

## Sales

This section only shows if your account has an AffiliateRail program. It reads from AffiliateRail and never changes anything there.

- **First sales:** partners you found here whose first sale landed in the period.
- **Revenue:** what those partners sold in the period, in each currency it was paid in.

Only live sales count. A test-mode sale and a refunded sale never do.

With AffiliateRail, a line above these reads like "Affiliates we found have earned you $1,240.00." It adds up sales from partners you found here. It starts the day each one joined your program, and refunds come off. Each currency gets its own amount, and we never convert between them. Today shows the same line once there is something to show. It's read only. Nothing in AffiliateRail changes.

## Export

On a paid plan, **Export CSV** downloads every table on the page as one file: one row per number, with the period before beside it. Revenue is in the currency's smallest unit, so $50.00 is 5000. The trial doesn't include export.
