# Send to lemlist

Find affiliates here and add them to a lemlist campaign you pick. lemlist sends the emails.

Rather send from lemlist? Find your affiliates here and add them to one of your lemlist campaigns. lemlist sends the emails, not us.

## Get your key

1. In lemlist, press your picture (bottom left), then Settings, then Integrations.
2. Press Generate a new API key and copy it. lemlist shows it once.

## Connect

1. Go to **Settings**, then **Integrations**.
2. On the **lemlist** card, press **Connect** and paste the key.

We check it with one read, then store it encrypted. You won't see it again.

## Send

1. Go to **Lists**.
2. On a list or a segment, press **Send to another tool**, then **lemlist**.
3. Press **Pick a campaign** and choose one from your lemlist campaigns.
4. Press **Check who goes**. You see how many will go, how many won't, and why.
5. Press **Add to the campaign**.

Only the account owner or an admin can add people to a campaign.

## Who never goes

We check every person the same way we check before we send an email ourselves. These people are always left out:

- Anyone who unsubscribed from, bounced or complained about an email sent through RecruitAffiliates.ai.
- Anyone who asked to be removed.
- Anyone you marked **Do not contact**.
- Anyone who's already your partner.
- Anyone with no email.

We check again on every batch, so someone who opts out halfway through still doesn't go.

## What goes, and what doesn't

- Their email, name, company (the channel name) and website.
- Four extra fields for your template: `channel`, `profile_url`, `evidence_url` and `country`.
- Nothing else. We never add our unsubscribe link or any of our words. lemlist's own unsubscribe link and rules apply.
- Someone already in that campaign isn't added twice.

Every lemlist plan has the API, the free trial too. Here, it needs a paid plan with exports, Launch or higher.
