# Testimonials

Why RecruitAffiliates.ai asks how it went after your first agreed deal, what happens to what you write, and how to take it back off our website.

The first time you agree a deal with an affiliate, RecruitAffiliates.ai asks how it went. It's one short form. You can say no, and you can change your mind later.

## When we ask

We ask once, after your first agreed deal. A deal is **agreed** when you press **Terms agreed** on it.

- We never ask on the first day of your trial.
- We never ask twice in the same week.
- Press **Not now** and we wait 14 days. Press it a second time and we stop asking.
- Once you've sent one, we don't ask again.

Everyone on your team is asked on their own. One person pressing **Not now** doesn't hide it from the others.

## What to write

Only the words are needed. Your name, your role, your company, a logo and a photo are all up to you. We fill in your name and company from your account, and you can change them.

Beside the box are three tips:

1. Say what changed.
2. Give a number if you have one.
3. Say who you'd recommend it to.

You'll also see two example testimonials. They're there to help, and we never show them anywhere. Stuck? Press **Start from a prompt** and the box fills with a sentence to finish: "Before RecruitAffiliates.ai I ... Now I ...".

## Adding a logo or a photo

Drag a picture onto the box, paste it, or press **Pick a file**. You'll see it straight away. Your photo is shown as a square.

A picture has to be a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, and 2 MB or smaller. We check this in your browser and again on our server. We don't take SVG files.

## Who sees it

There's a tick box: "You can show this on recruitaffiliates.ai with my name, photo and logo."

- **Ticked**: we may put it on our website, with your name, photo and logo.
- **Not ticked**: it's private feedback. Only our team reads it, and it never goes on the website.

## A review on G2

After you press **Send**, we may ask if you'd write a review on G2 too, which takes about five minutes. G2 is a site where people review software. **Open G2** takes you there in a new tab. **No thanks** closes the form. Nothing else changes either way.

## Take it back off our website

1. Open **Settings**, then **Testimonial**.
2. Press **Withdraw it** next to the one you want taken down.

It comes off the list our website is built from straight away. We keep a note of what you agreed and when you took it back, and we don't delete what you wrote.
