Finder billing
Choose a Finder plan, understand monthly credits, recover a failed payment, cancel a trial or cancel at the end of a paid period.
Open Settings, then Billing. Your plan, credits and invoices are together there, with Pro and Growth side by side so you can see what each one includes.
Start a paid plan
Your Finder trial lasts 14 days and doesn't ask for a card. It includes 20 email credits and five search credits.
You can pay during the trial or after it ends. Continue to Stripe shows whenever your plan isn't active, unless Stripe still holds a subscription for you (one that's cancelling, or retrying a payment), because a second checkout would charge you twice:
- Open Settings, then Billing.
- Choose Pro or Growth.
- Choose monthly or annual billing.
- Press Continue to Stripe.
- Finish the secure Stripe checkout.
Paying during the trial ends the trial that day and starts your first paid month. There's no second trial.
Finder uses the Stripe customer already linked to your AffiliateRail account. The products keep separate subscriptions and access rules. Only the account owner can start, change or cancel a plan.

Paying yearly saves 30%. Annual plans still reset credits each month.
The same numbers are published as data at https://app.recruitaffiliates.ai/api/public/plans, the file our pricing page is built from. Prices there are in cents. Unused credits don't roll over.
Completing the activation checklist adds ten email credits. Finder grants it once for each organization. The bonus doesn't expire with the month: Finder spends your monthly credits first, then the bonus, and whatever is left carries into the next month.
If a payment fails
Finder becomes read-only as soon as Stripe reports a failed payment. Your saved work stays visible.
Stripe retries the payment for seven days. Paid access returns when Stripe confirms success. New scans and paid actions stay paused during recovery.
Move up a plan
An owner can move from Pro to Growth, or from monthly to annual, at any time. Open Settings, then Billing, pick the plan under Move up to, and press Upgrade now, prorated.
Prorated means you pay only for the part of the period that's left. Stripe invoices the difference the same day, and the bigger plan's credits apply straight away.
Change or cancel a plan
A downgrade starts at renewal. You keep the plan already paid for until then, and you stay on the same billing interval. A Growth annual plan moves to Pro annual, not Pro monthly.
To cancel, press Cancel plan on the Billing page. Finder tells you what happens first, and Keep my plan is the big button. Cancelling takes effect at the paid period's end.
Cancel a trial
Press Cancel trial on the Billing page, then Cancel my trial.
The first time anyone on your account does this, Finder offers one more week:
- Accept 7 more days moves your trial's end date a week later. Nothing is charged, and you can still cancel any time.
- No thanks, cancel my trial ends the trial now. Finder turns read-only, and your saved affiliates and deals stay.
The week is offered once per account, ever. A second cancel goes straight through.
After access ends, Finder keeps your work in read-only mode. Nothing is deleted.
Your inbox when a plan ends
When your trial or paid plan ends, Finder keeps your inbox connected for 7 more days. If you pay in that time, nothing changes.
After 7 days, Finder disconnects the mailbox and pauses its sequences. Your emails and replies stay in Finder. To start again, pay for a plan, then open Settings, Inboxes and press Reconnect. Sign in to the same mailbox, and its sequences pick up where they left off.
Find an invoice
Open Settings, then Billing. Each invoice links to Stripe's hosted copy. Only Finder's invoices are listed there. AffiliateRail's invoices stay in the AffiliateRail app, even though both products share one Stripe customer.
