Your team
Invite teammates to Finder, see how many seats your plan has, pick a role for each person, and remove someone or cancel an invite.
Open Settings, then Team. You'll see who's on the team, what role each person has, and how many seats you've used.
Seats
A seat is one place on your team. The owner takes one. Each teammate takes one. An invite that hasn't been accepted yet takes one too, so you can't invite more people than you have room for.

When every seat is taken, the invite form is replaced by a line that names the plan with more seats. Move up a plan on Billing, or remove someone to free a seat.
If you move to a smaller plan, nobody loses access. You just can't add anyone until you're under the new number again.
Roles
Everyone on the team sees every brand. What changes is what each person can do:
- Owner: everything, including billing and the inbox. There's one owner, the person who signed up.
- Admin: edits the brand and invites or removes people.
- Member: sees every brand and works the pipeline.
Only an owner or an admin can invite or remove people.
Invite a teammate
- Type their email address and pick Member or Admin.
- Press Send invite.
- They get an email from AffiliateRail with a button to join.
New to Finder? They create an account with that same address, and they join your team as part of signing up. Already have an account? They sign in, open the invite again, and they're in.
The invite only works for the address you typed. Someone who opens the link from a different account sees that there's no invite waiting for them.
If your team filled up between the invite and the click, they'll see that the team is full. Their invite stays put, and they can join as soon as a seat is free.
Remove someone or cancel an invite
Press Remove beside a teammate, or Cancel invite beside an invite, then confirm. Their seat is free straight away. You can't remove the owner, and you can't remove yourself.
