Activity and For You
One page that says what your team did, and a tab with only what involves you.
Activity is behind the bell at the top right of every page: press the bell, then Activity. It lists what happened in your account, newest first, grouped by day. Each line is one sentence, like "Sam moved Lena to Negotiating" or "Weekly scan found 23 affiliates", with the person's picture before it. A small label after it names the kind: Email, Pipeline, Team or New affiliates. Most lines open the card, thread or campaign they're about.
Two tabs
- Everyone shows every line for the brand you're on. Everyone on the team sees the same list.
- For You shows only what involves you:
- anything on a card you own, like a reply, a note or a move
- a card someone gave you
- a note that mentions you
- the campaigns you launched
Your own actions don't show in For You, because you already know about them. The page opens on the tab you used last.
What makes a line
- Email: an email sent, a reply in, a reply you sent from the Mailroom, an email address found, a campaign launched or finished. Finding emails for a whole list is one line, with the count and the list's name.
- Pipeline: a card moved by a person or by RecruitAffiliates.ai, terms agreed, a new partner, an invite marked, an invite that signed up. A first email moves a card to Emailed, and a reply moves it on.
- Team: a card given to someone or taken off them, a note, a mention, a list change, a saved segment.
- New affiliates: a scan or search that found someone new. One line per scan, with the count, never one line per affiliate.
A line with the RecruitAffiliates.ai mark means the product did it, not a person. If a teammate leaves, their lines stay and read "A former teammate".
Filters
Pick a person (or RecruitAffiliates.ai), a kind of line, and a time: today, the last 7 days or the last 30. The page shows 50 lines at a time. Press Show older for the next 50.
New lines appear at the top while the page is open. It checks every 30 seconds.
Export to a spreadsheet
Press Export CSV next to the filters to download what you're looking at as a CSV file, the kind Excel or Google Sheets opens. It keeps your tab and filters. Each row has the time (in UTC), who did it, the sentence from the page, the kind of line, the affiliate and the brand. The file names people, so it says "Sam" where the page says "You".
Exporting is on paid plans. A file holds up to 10,000 lines, newest first. For more, narrow the filters, for example to the last 30 days.
The weekly line
For You and Today both start with one line, for example: "This week: 14 replies, 2 new partners." The week starts on Monday.
- Replies counts only real answers from a person: interested, a question, or "not now". An out-of-office, an auto-reply, a bounce, an unsubscribe, a complaint, a "no" and a "wrong person" never count.
- New partners counts deals that became active this week.
On a team, By person shows the same two numbers for each card owner, in name order. It's there to read, not to rank anyone. There are no streaks, points or leaderboards.
Who gets a reply notice
A reply notice in the bell goes to the person who owns the card. If nobody owns it, everyone on the team gets it. A complaint always goes to everyone, because it pauses sending for the whole account.
If you use AffiliateRail too
If your account is connected to an AffiliateRail program, two more things show up:
- When someone you invited joins your program, you get a line ("Lena signed up to your program"). The card's owner gets a notice. We check every hour.
- When a partner you added makes their first referred sale, For You shows it once, with a small celebration. Test sales never count. You can turn the movement off in Celebrations.
If you use RecruitAffiliates.ai on its own, you'll never see either of these, and we never send you AffiliateRail email.
The affiliate's timeline
Open any affiliate and choose the Timeline tab. It shows the same lines for just that one person.
