Numbers

Every number you see in more than one place, what it counts, and the window it covers.

A number that shows up on two screens means the same thing on both. This page says what each one counts, so when you compare Today with Discover, or a campaign with Results, you know why they match.

Three rules hold everywhere:

  • Replied means a real answer: a yes, a question or "not now". A no is counted beside it, never inside it.
  • This week runs from Monday 00:00 UTC to now. Last 7 days is a separate window and says so.
  • New means first seen since you last looked. Still to review means the new ones nobody has saved yet. They are never both called "new".

Matches and emails

  • matches.rows (rows, now): The rows in Discover's Matches view. Each scores 60 or over. None is hidden, one of your partners, outside your countries, a coupon site, or someone who asked to be removed.
  • matches.possible (rows, now): The rows scored 40 to 59. Only a plan that can open the Possible view should ever say this number.
  • matches.new (rows, since you last looked): Matches first seen since the founder last looked at Today, whether or not they have been decided.
  • matches.toReview (rows, since you last looked): The new matches nobody has saved yet. Never called new.
  • matches.withEmail (rows, now): Matches with an email address on the row. A contact page or a public message doesn't count.
  • matches.withContactPageOnly (people, now): People among the matches we can only reach through a contact page or a public message. Never counted as having an email.
  • matches.hiddenByYou (rows, now): Rows you marked Not a fit. Saved's Hidden tab shows them with a reason that says you hid them.
  • matches.hiddenByUs (rows, now): Rows one of our scan filters hid, such as vendors, agencies and directories. You never touched them, and Bring back puts any of them back.
  • matches.reachable (people, now): Of the matches, the people with an email or a contact page or public message to write to. Counts people, not rows, so one person on two channels is one.
  • matches.verifiedEmail (people, now): Of the reachable people, the ones whose address passed a check.

People

The tabs on the People screen, when it's switched on. A person is on one tab at a time, the one their card sits in on the board.

  • people.new (people, now): People's New tab: matches nobody has saved or hidden yet. The same rows as Discover's matches, less the ones you saved.
  • people.saved (people, now): People's Saved tab: people you kept and haven't emailed. The board's Found column.
  • people.contacted (people, now): People's Contacted tab: emailed and no answer yet, and the ones who went quiet. Read from where their card sits on the board.
  • people.replied (people, now): People's Replied tab: people whose card says they gave a real answer (replied, talking terms, joining or later). A no is never in it.
  • people.saidNo (people, now): People whose card sits in Said no. Shown under the Replied tab, never inside its count.
  • people.joined (people, now): People's Joined tab: live affiliates. The board's Live column.

Replies

  • replies.replied (people, all time): People who gave a real answer: yes, a question or not now. A no is counted beside it, never inside it.
  • replies.saidNo (people, all time): People who said no. Counted beside replied, never inside it.
  • replies.thisWeek (people, Monday 00:00 UTC to now): People who gave a real answer since Monday 00:00 UTC.
  • replies.last7Days (people, the last 7 days): People who gave a real answer in the last 7 days. A separate, named window from this week.

Campaigns

  • campaign.peopleIn (people, now): Live members of the campaign who aren't left out. The snapshot taken when you approved is only for the approval check.
  • campaign.emailed (people, all time): People with at least one email sent from this campaign.
  • campaign.replied (people, all time): People in the campaign who gave a real answer (yes, a question or not now).

Your plan

  • plan.trialDays (days, now): Whole days left in the trial, rounded up. One function serves the rail, the email and the bell.
  • plan.creditsEmail (credits, this period): Email credits left, read from the ledger's own balance, bonus included.
  • plan.creditsSearch (credits, this period): Search credits left, read from the ledger's own balance.
  • plan.nextScan (date, next): The next weekly scan, shown only for a scan that runs. That needs a full scan, a live plan, the switch on and a date ahead. Otherwise we say why in words.

Counters in the bar

  • badges.mailroom (threads, since you last opened it): Threads where they wrote since you last opened the Mailroom, across all brands.
  • badges.bell (notifications, now): Your unread notifications.

Outreach

  • outreach.waiting (people, now): People on a campaign whose emails wait for your yes, including those still being written. The same rule as the review queue.
  • outreach.sending (people, now): People you said yes to who haven't written back, with emails still to go or their last one just sent.
  • outreach.replied (people, all time): People who wrote back, whatever they said. An out-of-office or a bounce isn't a reply. A no is in here too, unlike replies.replied.
  • outreach.quiet (people, all time): People whose emails ended with no reply: finished, stopped by you, bounced or unsubscribed.

When you cancel

  • cancel.emailed (people, all time): People you have emailed at least once, from any campaign. The cancel step prints it, because the record of who you emailed is what stops a second first email.
  • cancel.askAgain (people, from now): People who said not now and are still due to hear from you again. The date each one named is in the saved list export.
