Use it on your phone

Everything works on a phone. The menu on the left folds into a button at the top. Lists turn into cards. An affiliate's profile opens as a full screen, and the back arrow closes it.

Pipeline on a phone

The board scrolls sideways, one column at a time. A row of stage names above it jumps straight to a column, so you don't swipe past four to reach Talking terms.

Press and hold a card to pick it up. Drag it sideways onto the next stage where it shows at the edge of the screen, and let go. Hold the card at the edge and the board scrolls to the stages further along. While you drag, the side stages stick to the bottom of the screen. Went quiet, Said no and Later are there, so you can drop a card on one without scrolling. Or skip the drag: every card has a Move menu.

The Mailroom on a phone

You see one thing at a time: the list of threads, or the thread you opened. The back arrow takes you to the list.

Add it to your home screen

On an iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap the share button, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.

It opens full screen, with no address bar. It's the same site, so you sign in the same way and nothing is stored on the phone beyond your sign-in.

Keyboard shortcuts

On a computer, press ? in Discover or the Mailroom to see the keys. J and K move down and up. S saves, X skips and R replies.
