People
One list of everyone we found for you and everyone you've emailed, with a tab for where each person is: New, Saved, Contacted, Replied and Joined.
People is rolling out. Until it's on for your account, the app works as before. When it's on, the Discover, Saved, Pipeline and Lists pages become this one screen. Every old link still lands in the right place.
People is one list of everyone: the matches we found for you, the people you saved, and the people you've emailed. Tabs across the top say where each person is.
The five tabs
| Tab | Who is on it |
|---|---|
| New | Matches you haven't saved or hidden yet, best fit first. On a trial, this is your trial's best 50. |
| Saved | People you kept and haven't emailed yet. |
| Contacted | People you emailed who haven't answered, and people who went quiet. |
| Replied | People who answered with a yes, a question or "later". |
| Joined | Your live affiliates. |
A person is on one tab at a time. The tab comes from where their card sits on the board, so when you drag a card on the board, the person moves tab too.
Each tab shows how many people are on it. These numbers are the same ones you see anywhere else in the app, and Numbers says what each counts.
People who said no
Someone who said no isn't counted in Replied. Under the Replied tab a line says how many said no, with Show them to open that list.
Every row works the same
A row looks and works the same on every tab. Press a name to open their profile beside the list. On every tab but New, each row has a chip saying where the person is. It uses the board's words, like Emailed, Talking terms or Live.
On Contacted, Replied and the said-no list, each row also has Open in Outreach. It opens that person's emails and replies on the Outreach screen, which is where you answer them. You'll only see it once your account has the Outreach screen.
Tick people and a bar comes up at the bottom of the screen. On New it offers Save and Reveal emails. On the other tabs it offers:
- Find emails for the people you ticked. The button says how many email lookups it can use before you press it. You only use one when we find an address.
- Add to campaign.
- Add to list, and Remove from list when a list is open.
- Give to a teammate, when you have more than one.
- Not a fit.
Board
Press Board beside the tabs to see everyone you saved as columns, one per stage. It's the same people, the same filters and the same drag and keys as the Pipeline board. Press a tab to come back to the list.
Lists and saved filters
On every tab except New, your lists sit above the rows as chips. Press one to see only the people on it. New list makes one, and a list's own menu deletes it. The people stay saved.
A saved filter is a set of filters kept under a name, like "UK bloggers with an email". Set the filters you want, then press Save this filter. It shows as a chip that fills itself: each time you open it, we check who matches right now. Saved filters used to be called segments, and every segment you made is still here.
Export sits under the chips on paid plans: everyone you saved, or the list or saved filter you have open, as CSV or Excel.
More
More beside the tabs holds two lists:
- Not a fit: people you hid, and people one of our searches left out (a shop, an agency, a directory). Bring back puts anyone back in New.
- Already your affiliates: who you already work with. They stay out of New.
Find more people
Find more people at the top of the screen is the one way to search for more. Give it any one of these:
- People like these. Paste links to creators you rate, or tick people from your list. The ones who joined, said yes or replied are at the top. We read them first for free, show you what they have in common, and you change anything that's off before the search runs.
- A topic, like "vegan skincare", and a country.
- A competitor: a brand they might already promote.
Each search uses one of your searches, and one that fails gives it back. If you fill in both a topic and a competitor, the line under them says the competitor is the one that runs.
