Delete your account

Only the owner can delete an account. Admins, members and viewers see a line saying so.

Delete it

1. Open Settings, then Account.
2. At the bottom, under Delete account, press Delete this account.
3. Read the short list of what goes.
4. Type the account's name exactly as it's written. Capitals count.
5. Press Delete account.

The button stays off until the name matches.

If you pay for a plan that still renews, we stop you here. Cancel it in Billing first, then come back. A trial, a cancelled plan, or a plan already set to end is fine.

The two weeks to undo

Nothing is deleted straight away. You get two weeks to change your mind.

• Every owner gets an email with the date and an Undo the deletion button.
• The account is read-only. Your team can look, but nothing changes and no emails send. Scans, reminders and other emails stop too.
• Every page sends your team to a screen that says when it'll be deleted.
• Settings stays open, so the owner can press Undo the deletion there or on that screen.

After an undo, everything works as before. You can delete it again later if you want.

What goes, and what stays

When the two weeks are over, we delete everything this account keeps in RecruitAffiliates.ai, every brand and every email included. Any connected inbox is disconnected first. You can't get any of it back.

If the same account also runs AffiliateRail, we only delete the RecruitAffiliates.ai part. Your AffiliateRail program, partners, payouts and team stay exactly as they are.
