Clients

Share a shortlist, the pipeline or a progress report with a client. They need no account, and the link closes when you say.

If you run affiliate recruitment for a client, client links let them see the work without an account. A client can approve or pass on the affiliates you picked, watch the pipeline, or read a progress report.

Client links come with the Grow and Enterprise plans. Billing has the plans.

  1. Go to Settings, then the Clients tab.
  2. Pick what the link shows: a shortlist to approve, the pipeline, or a progress report.
  3. Name it, for example "Acme's marketing team". Only you see the name.
  4. Pick how long it works: 7, 30 or 90 days. The default is 30.
  5. Press Make a link, then copy it.

We show the link once. We keep only a scrambled copy of it, so we can't show it to you again. If you lose it, close it and make a new one.

What a client sees

A client opens the link and sees a plain page with the brand's name. They can't sign in, edit or see anything else on your account.

  • Shortlist: the affiliates you saved, best fit first. Pick one list to share only that list.
  • Pipeline: the same cards, grouped by stage, using your own stage names.
  • Report: replies, new partners, active partners and the shortlist size, for 7 and 30 days.

Replies count only when a person wrote back. We never count sends, opens or clicks.

Approve or pass

On a shortlist link, a client presses Approve or Pass on each affiliate and can add a note and their name.

  • The answer shows on the client's page straight away.
  • It writes one line in your activity: "Client Sam at Acme approved Lena".
  • A client can change their mind. A second answer replaces the first and writes a new line. Editing only the note writes no new line.
  • An answer never moves the card. You read it and decide.

The name is whatever the client typed. We don't check it.

Hide fields from clients

Under What clients can see, switch off anything a client should never see. It applies to every link for that brand, straight away.

These are hidden until you switch them on:

  • Email addresses
  • Your team's notes
  • Deal terms

You can also hide the link to the affiliate's site, audience size, fit score, why they fit, the stage and tags. A hidden field isn't sent to the client's browser at all, so it isn't in the page source either.

A pipeline link always shows stages, because the stages are the pipeline.

Press Close link to stop a link at once. It can't be reopened. Its log and the client's answers stay.

A link also stops by itself on its end date. If you move from Grow to a plan without client links, every link stops working until you're back on Grow.

See who opened it lists every open: the time, the kind of device, the country and a short visitor tag. The tag lets you tell one visitor from another. We keep a scrambled code, never the visitor's address. An open that fails (expired or closed) isn't logged.

A link is a secret, like a password. Anyone who has it can see what it shows. Send it only to the person it's for.

The weekly report

You can email your client a summary every Monday morning. It stays off until you switch it on.

  1. In the Clients tab, under Weekly report, type your client's email. You can add up to five addresses.
  2. Switch on Send the report every Monday.

The email covers the last 7 days: creators who replied, new partners by name, active partners, the shortlist and your client's own answers. Replies to it come to the owner of the account.

Every report has a link to stop it. Once someone stops it, they never get it again, even if you switch the report off and on. Each address gets one report per week for each brand.
