Your program page

Switch on a public page for your affiliate program so creators can read your offer and apply. Each application waits in Found for your yes or no.

A program page is a public web page for one brand. It shows your offer, who the program is for, and a short form. A creator who likes it applies, and you decide.

It's off until you switch it on. Each brand gets one page.

Switch it on

  1. Open Brand, then Program page.
  2. Turn on Public program page.
  3. Choose a page address. It's the last part of your link, like /p/acme. Use lower-case letters, numbers and hyphens.
  4. Write a headline that names the reward, like "Earn 25% of every payment, for a year."
  5. Say what you sell and who the program is for.
  6. Press Save page.

It goes live when you save. Your link shows under the switch. Turn the switch off and the address shows a not-found page. Two pages can't share an address.

Want to see it first? Press Preview the page. The preview looks the same as the real page, works whether the page is on or off, and can't send anything.

What a creator sees

  • Your brand name and website, your headline, and what you wrote.
  • Who it's for, in your words.
  • What you get. Your offer as one line and your cookie length. Then the extras on your offer: a free account, a discount for their audience, a code or a bonus. These come from Brand, What you offer, so the page and your emails never disagree. A cookie is how long after a click a sale still counts for the affiliate.
  • Any extra lines you typed on the page.
  • The form. It asks for a name, an email and a link to their site or channel. It also asks the kind of channel and a note about their audience, plus your question if you set one. A Code box takes a campaign's code, when an email gave them one. It's hidden when they came through a campaign's join link, because the link already carries the code.

Nothing else from your account is ever shown. No team names, counts, scores, competitors, notes or sending settings.

What happens to an application

It lands in the Found column of your pipeline, in an Applied group at the top, with an Applied chip.

  • Accept turns it into a card in Found. The card keeps the address they gave you and the chip.
  • Decline is a plain link. No card is made and the creator isn't told.

Each of these writes one line to Activity. Accepting twice, or two teammates accepting at once, makes one card.

Someone a campaign already emailed is already a card, so their application doesn't wait in Applied. It's tied to their card and counts as a join on the campaign that emailed them. Joins that never reply explains how we match them.

The email they typed is stored for your brand only. It isn't shared with another brand, and no credit is spent to see it.

Some applications are never recorded: anyone on your Do not contact list or your brand's exclusions, and anyone who opted out of all email. The creator sees the same thanks either way, so nobody can tell who is on a list.

Spam protection

A hidden field catches bots. A speed check catches forms sent too fast. Each visitor and each page also has a limit on tries. There's no CAPTCHA to solve.

The program grade

Brand, Program page also grades your program: your offer and your page, out of 100, with three fixes, biggest first. It compares you with our starting ranges for your kind of business. Those ranges are our own estimates, not counted from real programs yet, and the page says so.
