Integrations

Connect the tool where you track affiliates, send affiliates to a sheet, your CRM or your cold-email tool, and get Slack alerts, all from one tab.

Integrations connect RecruitAffiliates.ai to the tools you already use. You find them in Settings, then the Integrations tab.

The cards

There's one card per tool, in five groups:

You send a list or a segment from Lists, with Send to another tool. Only tools you've connected show there.

Every send goes one way. Nothing comes back from the other tool.

Each card shows:

  • Connected, Needs attention or Not connected.
  • When it last worked.
  • Connect or Disconnect.
  • A How to connect link to the page for that tool.

Disconnect asks first. It says what stops and what stays, then you press Yes, disconnect or Keep it. Nothing already sent to the tool is removed.

Owners and admins can connect and disconnect. Everyone else can read the cards.

Your keys are safe

When you paste a key, we check it with one read. We store it encrypted and we never show it again. Disconnect deletes it.

Google, HubSpot and Salesforce don't need a key. You sign in to them and allow access instead. Disconnecting Google or Salesforce ends our access there too.

Where do you track affiliates?

This question is asked on the last step of onboarding. You can change the answer any time on Brand, What you offer, and on Settings, Integrations.

The answers are AffiliateRail, Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Tolt, PartnerStack, Dub, Another tool, and I don't have one yet.

Your answer decides what you see on an agreed deal:

  • A named tool gives you "Add to your tool" on the deal. It adds the affiliate to that tool for you.
  • AffiliateRail keeps the hand-off you already know. See The deal and the hand-off.
  • I don't have one yet shows one short, optional AffiliateRail suggestion, on an agreed deal and here in Settings, never during setup. Close it with No thanks and it never comes back. Until you pick a tool, the app names none: it says "Make them a partner".
  • Another tool shows Mark as Live. Add them in your tool yourself, then press it.

Plans

  • Tracking tools work on the trial and every paid plan.
  • Clay needs Launch or higher, which means a paid plan with exports.
  • Slack needs Grow or higher.
  • Google Sheets, the CRMs and the cold-email tools need Launch or higher, like Clay.

Billing has the plans.
