Your customers as affiliates

Your happiest customers are the easiest affiliates to sign. They already pay you and like the product, so there's nothing to persuade them of. Upload a list of them and RecruitAffiliates.ai puts your best ones first in Discover.

Upload your list

Open Discover and turn on Your customers. The panel at the top takes a CSV file or a paste.

• Email is the one column you need.
• Name, company, plan and signup date show on each customer's row.
• Spend or usage decide the order. We use them to rank and never keep them.
• One customer per line works too: a name, then an email.

Download the sample CSV to see the layout. Each upload takes up to 5,000 rows.

How they're ranked

RecruitAffiliates.ai ranks by the first of these your file has:

1. Spend, highest first.
2. Usage, highest first.
3. Signup date, newest first.
4. Otherwise, the order of your file.

Dates need to be written year first, like 2025-03-14, because 03/04/2025 could be either day or month.

Top picks

Your top picks are the best 5% of the list, and at least one customer. Change the percentage and press Update top picks to pick more or fewer.

• Top picks show first in Discover, above every match a scan found, marked Your customer and Top pick.
• They don't use up the 50 matches a trial shows.
• The rest of your list stays under Your customers, in rank order.
• Customers aren't scored. Their place in your list, like "3 of 120 by spend", stands in for a fit score.

Who's left out

• Your existing affiliates. We match them on email, and on the company's domain when their email isn't a shared one like gmail.com.
• Anyone who asked to be removed, or who unsubscribed from email sent through RecruitAffiliates.ai.

The panel tells you how many it skipped and why.

Your data stays yours

Your customer list belongs to you, and you're responsible for having a lawful reason to hold it. So RecruitAffiliates.ai:

• Uses only what's in your file. It never looks anyone up, never searches for an email, and never reads their website.
• Keeps the list on the brand you uploaded it to. It's never shared with another brand or another business.
• Never emails them from here. Saving a customer puts them in Saved, like any other row. You choose whether to contact them.

Upload the same file again and the rows update in place. A customer you already saved stays saved.

The counts

Under the upload you'll see three numbers: how many customers are uploaded, how many are top picks, and how many you've saved.
