Find emails and export a group
Find every missing email in a list or segment in one go, see the most it can cost first, and download any group as a CSV or Excel file.
You can look up every missing email in a list or segment at once, from its card on the Lists page.
Find every email in a group
- Open Lists and pick Find emails on the card.
- Read what it will cost. Before anything runs, we show:
- how many people in the group have no email yet
- the most it can cost, in credits
- how many credits you have left, and your plan's monthly amount
- Pick Start.
A credit pays for one email we find. You only pay when we find one. If we look and find nothing, the credit comes straight back.
We look in this order for each person:
- Their own pages, like a contact or "work with me" page. This is free to us.
- Hunter, an email-finding service, if their pages had nothing.
While it runs, the bar fills as each person is checked, and you see the latest names we found an email for. Pick Stop whenever you like. It finishes the person it's on and stops there. You only pay for what it found.
At the end you get one line, like "Found 31 of 50. 19 credits refunded."
What it skips, and why
- People who already have an email. They cost nothing.
- People we checked in the last week and found nothing for. Looking again so soon would find the same, so we skip them for free.
- Anyone past the first 500. Run it again for the rest.
If you run out of credits
It stops cleanly at your last credit. Nothing is half-charged, and everyone it found keeps their email. We show the plan with more credits. Your credits come back at the start of each month.
Can it charge me twice?
No. Each person is looked up once at a time. Two clicks, two tabs or two teammates never pay for the same email twice. Someone who already has an email is never charged again.
Export a group
On a card, pick CSV or Excel next to Export. You can also export from Saved, where the link exports whatever list or segment you have open.
- CSV opens in any spreadsheet.
- Excel gives one sheet per channel, so websites, YouTube and podcasts each get their own tab.
Both files have the same columns as the Saved export. That covers who they are, their email, where they are in your pipeline, their deal and why they scored as they did.
Anyone who asked to be removed, or unsubscribed, is never in an export. Exporting is on paid plans.
Send a group to another tool
On a card, press Send to another tool. You can send the group to a Google Sheet, to HubSpot or Attio, or into a campaign in Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist. Only the tools you've connected in Integrations show.
