Goals

Set one number for your team to aim for, like 5 new partners this month, and see how close you are on Today and Results.

A goal is one number your team aims for each week or each month. Say you want 5 new partners this month. Set it once, and Today and Results show how close you are: "3 of 5 new partners", with a bar.

It's the whole team's total. Nobody is ranked, and nobody gets a goal of their own.

What a goal can count

  • New active partners. An affiliate whose deal went live this week or month.
  • Interested replies. Someone who said yes or wants to hear more.
  • Replies. People who answered. Auto-replies, out-of-office messages, bounces and a "no" don't count, and three emails from one person count once.

A goal can't count emails sent, opens or clicks. Those are effort, and what matters is the reply.

These are the same numbers Results counts, so the two always agree.

Set, change or clear your goal

  1. Open Brand, then Goal.
  2. Pick what to count, how many, and this week or this month.
  3. Press Set the goal.

To change it, pick a new number and press Save the goal. To stop it, press Clear the goal.

Only an owner or an admin can set or change the goal. Everyone on the team sees it.

When it starts again

A week starts on Monday and a month on the 1st, both at midnight UTC. Your goal starts again from zero each time, until you change or clear it. It counts the whole week or month, even if you set it partway through.

Reaching your goal

When your team reaches the goal, the card settles and a tick draws itself on. A line says so: "Goal reached: 5 new partners this month."

It plays once for each person on the team, on whichever page they open first.

If you've turned celebrations off, or your device asks for less motion, you get the words and nothing moves.
